What You Can Find Between Waiting And Transformation

Waiting and Transformation.

Time and consequentiality are what they have in common: a logical sequence that, when linked, cannot leap elsewhere without its own specific prior cause and a result similar to the cause.

Try to see if you can find the beginning,

see what you find.

Then let the discursive mind calm down……………

Some Thoughts on “What You Can Find Between Waiting and Transformation”

Could transformation be seen as an optical illusion of time? Or is there a quantum leap between non-being and being, where waiting is already invisible transformation, where transformation is waiting that becomes apparent. Because if waiting were stillness, how could we also be part of the change? What possible connection and relationship could there be?
In every single note, once played, the waiting is already present and witnessed at the same time. The harmonic resonance changes the physics of space. The silence that precedes the new note is ready to vibrate in the sound to come. It is not predicted but can be a tension that is released, and the moment we no longer perceive its sound, that vibration does not disappear in time and space; it becomes an experience that fluctuates, remaining subtle energy and pulsation.

The human mind follows linearity and cyclicality, connections, relationships, logic, causes and effects. The consequence resembles the cause and is of the same nature, providing reasons amidst multitudes of doubts and chaos. Everything is interconnected and nothing can jump elsewhere without consequence.
Since every effect has a previous cause, where does the primordial impulse reside? Look for the beginning of a chain, go back and see if you discover the beginning, so in the same way continue forward to understand if there is an end, and if there is, how does it exist… Is it similar or identical to the end?
So if we wanted to give a mental image, can the time associated with change be considered linear or circular?

That buzz of the discursive mind has continued for time without beginning, and when it exhausts what can be separated, it might stop and seem to give up, but this is not the case. Judgment ceases, analysis ceases, we leave the idealized time conceived to be in the present of the here and now.
Waiting is no longer understood as standing still, which is still an action even if performed on a physical level. It is waiting that turns the inner gaze to other attentions, focuses on overcoming dichotomies so as not to lose anything, unites them with change and the univocal focus on a single point, finally arriving at grasping their contemporaneity.

And Music also transcends its being philosophy, mathematics, and geometry. It transcends performance time, speed, and decay, it becomes another perception beyond the time of performance and of listening to it again. The listener’s mind stops anticipating the next note and expands into the space between the sounds. Music becomes Joy between one silence and another. Silence becomes meditation between the Joy of one sound and the Joy of another sound. Music no longer goes anywhere: it is simply,
simultaneously,
beyond,
inexpressible.
